Beacon has an AWESOME customer service department. Calls are always answered and if a solution is not given right away the turn around time is extremely quick. Haven't disappointed me yet. Great Job!
Enjoyed working with Steve and Kim. Our community was struggling with our former property management company. Steve personally oversaw the transition between property management companies and went above and beyond to make sure that drastic and desperately needed changes quickly went into effect. He then assigned our account to his best manager, Kim.
Beacon followed up on and resolved several outstanding items that our previous management company never took care of. They also return phone calls and emails!
