I have been a resident in a neighborhood that Beacon manages for a few years now. Gail Lupo has been phenomenal! She always makes sure to get our neighborhood concerns and maintenance issues taken care of in a timely manner. It doesn’t matter if my concerns are big or small, she will get them taken care of! Gail has been a wonderful addition to the already awesome Beacon family!

Beacon Management Services has an excellent customer service team who responds the same day to our requests.
I am a new resident at the Springs at Rockhouse, and I have been corresponding with Jenny at Beacon Management Services. Jenny has been such a delight to work with. She very promptly responds to all of my questions, and her customer service is top notch. She really seems to care about her job and ensuring residents are happy. That is really such a pleasant surprise, given that I have been dealing with a number of contractors/vendors lately, who do not seem to care about customer service in the slightest. Thank you, Jenny!
