I was charged ALOT of money for something that was not covered under warranty because I had missed it by 7000 miles only to have the same issue happen after paying and leaving the dealership
Service dept. still doesnt do what needs to be done
Requested a diagnoses for a rattling sound which they were unable to provide.
After contacting the dealership the sales rep said the listing I inquired about did not exist.
It took a long time to get just an oil change and tire rotation. We had an appointment at 11:30, so we dropped off the car and just went for a couple of errands and the service manager said he will call or text us when ready. Then about 4 hours later someone calls and asks if we needed any additional work done to the car and we declined. And then after another 30 to 45 minutes later we get a call saying the car was ready. 1 star is too generous and given for the fact that at least l have my vehicle back. Poor customer service, poor attempts for customer relationship, poor communication with customer, poor communication within department, poor availability, poor morale, poor accessibility by phone, poor thoroughness/completion (tire returned without aftermarket valve stem cover). Abundance of negative reviews circulating are well earned
Absolutely awful. Ill never go back to this service place. I sat for 5 hours waiting for my car, only to realize I had to be at work and I went to get my car and they told me they hadnt serviced it yet. Ill never go back to beaman Toyota service.
Took 4 and a half hours, after being told I would out in less than 2. I had to check on my vehicle multiple times, and each time something had fallen through the cracks and it took longer. I even saw them roll my tire out, 45 minutes after it was already supposed to be done. Terrible communication and they acted like they didn't care at all. Missed my lunch reservation, as well as the second reservation I made when I knew I would miss my first. Not going back, will drive to Franklin next time.
No follow up by salesman looked at the car, never called back on a price. Daniel was the salesman.
