Just wished when you asked someone for the best price. Just give me the best price that you can and on trade. Or even call me back would be great.
Spent 3 hours waiting for a tire rotation. On carfax they said they completed more work on the vehicle than they actually did. The oil was not changed or the filter like they said they did.
the rep was great, but charging me $200 to plug into a computer to diagnose that I had a gas cap seal issue is excessive and not cool. Shop fees on top of that are even worse.
Lack of communication. For an oil change and routine service check up it took 8 hours. Lack of communication as to the total cost, the time it would take, and services rendered or state of car. Was not called to go over car before or during service. Very unprofessional.
I had an appointment for service at 10:20 am yesterday, I received a text of confirmation, and I got a call from them at 8.17am same day. I don't like the new place every time I go there same service they charge me different price going high I like north Toyota service is fair ppl friendly!!!
I came in for oil change and tire rotation. Service rep, I informed me that I needed an alignment, which I agreed. Then the service representative said that the mechanic said he needed to charge me for another additional service fee of $159 for the tire rotation. I refused service and got my oil change and tire balance and left. Very disappointed in the up charge.
