My daughter drives this car and she had no idea what to tell the service advisor. We just had our tires rotated at last service and not sure why they had to be done again??

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, but then I was told added on services were needed for excellent maintenance: inspection, air filter and brake fluid replaced. I was surprised by the expense. Still, I approved it before the work was done. My car was serviced while I waited, which I appreciated. Everyone was very nice,.

I received great service at my appointment, my service advisor Vanessa kept me informed after the multipoint inspection and called me regarding recommendations. My advisor also assisted me with a shuttle so I was able to wait at home. Due to this great service, I will return for future appointments.
