From the moment I pulled into the parking lot, Octavis was there to greet me, show me vehicles, assist me with the purchase, and getting everything I needed to drive off in a new-to-me vehicle. Everyone there was helpful, but he went above and beyond. Today he put my license plate on, after Joan had texted me that it was there. He also got me a spare tire when I noticed the car didn't have one and showed me how to set up. The entire process was not only painless, but very enjoyable.
My Service Rep, Roberto, was very helpful in providing me with information on my car and recommendations on keeping it running in tip top shape. I was in and out in less than 90 minutes!
