Service cost is surprisingly high.
Well for starters none of the photos showed damage to the car, I was looking at a pretty old year granted, but nothing prepared me for what it would look like. And then Will (I know there are two, this was an older gentleman) was only there for maybe 1 minute and left the rest of the test drive and any and all conversation to his assistant, Andrea, who was very lovely. But it was very rude of Will to be so dismissive and to not be there to actually talk with us. I will never recommend him to anyone.
Service was fast. Service advisor was condescending and not attentive. This was my first experience with Beaman having purchased a "new" Grand Hylander hybrid that had been used by a dealer for approximately 10,000 miles. I was told that my alignment and balance on the front of the vehicle was bad and the advisor recommended the $215. alignment and balance. Horrible place. Sold me a car with transmission issues. I wanted to discuss with someone but no one called me back. Took it and replaced a $3000 "fix" and it didn't fix it
They took advantage of me in warranties. The salesman was fine, but the guy in finances was just scummy. I wouldn't recommend them because of him.
They lied about my 2nd key. Said a 3rd party was going to call to make my extra key. Almost month later still no key. I signed the paperwork before I got key. They a dealership just make a key in your service department.
I was in a car accident and my Camry was totaled. So I needed a trustworthy place to get a car quick since I have a baby and no back up car for her. Took 3 hours to show me one van and do the financing. When I came up to pick up the van that they were forcing to bring back for repairs, it wasn't ready and I had to wait another hour. When I took it home, it wasn't fully cleaned. So problem after problem. You're better going somewhere else otherwise just buy new and maybe they'll treat you better. I had an appointment for 11:30am and it took about 4 hours for them to do an oil change. This should have been handled better! There is no reason to spend 4 hours for a simple service.
I brought my vehicle in for a scheduled appointment at 9am to have an oil changed and a light on the dash board checked. I went home in a shuttle and called at 2:30pm- they still had not even taken my car back to BEGIN service. The shuttle only goes until 3pm there. So I came back at 3pm and they only did the oil change real quick. They had my car for over 6 hours and couldn't do the basic checks I had scheduled my car for.
