The vehicle I recently purchased with so called service warranty had to have Rotors replaced that the service director made me pay for.. The car fax I was shown during my purchase was worthless
It takes longer than expected
They tried telling me based on visual inspection that my cabin filter needs to be changed for $69. I changed it myself a month before this service for less than $10. I called them out on it and they said it probably wasn't a visual, maybe they entered the info wrong. They do good work, but I feel they also try to take advantage of people.
I don't have to write anything
Bait and switch on service. Price was quoted at time of booking, but was almost double when we checked in. Waited very long past our appointment time to find this out, and service manager was rude
I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment and waited for 15-20 min before I was finally checked in. Later I heard someone say "here comes a big ticket" and rushed over to check in a Cadillac so I guess that explains why I sat for so long. The people who work here prioritize more expensive cars. On top of that, I have Gold warranty but was charged to get my timing belt replaced even though it is covered under warranty (according to paperwork and Toyota website).
Beware of Beaman Toyota Service! They over torqued my oil drain plug when it was last serviced for a routine oil change in January 2025. This was brought to my attention when I took it to a mechanic for a free oil change after purchasing a set of new tires in May 2025. The mechanic would not touch my car until I returned it to Beaman Toyota to correct the problem they caused with over tightening the oil plug. These people will not leave me alone or remove me from email list. I never even heard of them until they started emailing me about a visit. I've asked to be removed a couple of times, but no, here's another survey to complete.

Customer Service attention is LACKING. I have pulled in several times, where employees look at me sitting in my car and they walk away. I have gotten out of my car to chase someone down just to get air. They have a young kid named Sammy that works there. He is awesome. They have a some young girls that work there who are often gabbing with each other and on their phones. I would be really irritated had I purchased a vehicle there and received the customer service that I get for pulling in for air.
