They over book
$5 admin fee to sign a 3300 form for school I have been bringing my children to this facility since it was small smiles. This being over 15 years. Today I brought my child for a scheduled appointment that we have waited months for, only to be told that I need to pay $5 admin fee for them to check a box and sign in one place on the 3300 form for my son to start school. I love Mrs. Christina I wasn’t satisfied with the service today. My 4 yr old son went in to the mlk office for a cleaning today and the only thing the hygienist did was polish his teeth and put the vitamins on his teeth and said he was done. But where did the cleaning come In at. Also the office is going to charge my insurance for a service my sone didn’t even receive..
Some of their attitude are horrible
Poor service and rude Majority of the staff were friendly, 2 apples out the bunch were rotten. One lady was pretty much rude the other talking to parents and kids like she was the mother. Was told 5 minutes after kids seen dentist that i could not get eye ear dental form filled out because doctor was due to leave shortly and i could pay and come back thursday and pick up paper. Horrible service.

Very disappoint The worst experience I have ever had at the office
Unprofessional Three weeks ago I made my son a appointment for today. I wanted an late appointment around 2pm, so my son wouldn't miss school but they didn't have one available. My son had an Appointment at 10:30am today. We was 15 minutes early. I wait, wait and waited. It was 12:50am. It was going on three hours and we was still in the front. Horrible Dr. She must be new I never had a problem until today. My son appt was at 2:40 and didn't leave the office until 4:27. My son has a lot of work that has to be done and all that time he was there she only filled one filling. I think more should have been done in that time frame. That is unacceptable and the new lady need to be replaced. I requested that my son get a new doctor for his follow up appts
