Not great I have been bringing my children here for years I usually love the service and like that we're in and out quickly and haven't complained before but today was a horrible day our appointment was at 220pm there were at least 50 people there already with some standing we didn't leave for 2 1\2 hours why schedule people so close together makes it uncomfortable and hectic not sure if I want to continue service here I've got some thinking to do
Almost but not quite This was my daughter's first visit. Front desk was very nice. Back office was very efficient and timely. My only complaint was the restroom in the lobby. Absolutely horrible! This is where 5 stars turn into 3. The frown that replaced my daughter's beautiful smile was so disappointing. It seems that this location only services children(not certain), but nevertheless, no restroom inside an office with a packed lobby should ever look like that. My son didn't get his beautiful smile!! I am very disappointed with Beautiful smiles. My very first visit was strange. When my child's name was called, of course I escorted him to the door to be seen. As I am approaching, the nurse asked me to wait in the lobby area. I asked why because, I had never been asked to wait outside while my child is been seen by a doctor before. I was told by the nurse that, they think it helps the child become more self-sufficient. Services unsatisfactory Very disappointed in their care to make first time visitors feel comfortable. hygienist half clean my child's teeth. Doctor did not checkout my child's teeth thoroughly I had to bring to his attention what the problem was after him checking out my child's teeth and stating that they looked fine.
My visit my daughters appointment was scheduled for 10:20. We arrived at the dentist office at 10:00. After sitting in the waiting room for 2 1/5 I decided to leave because if I scheduled an appointment I shouldn't have to wait 2 1/5. This is my first time visiting here since last year and this will be the last time.
Horrible I hate the fact that this office schedules so many appointments at the same time, my son had an appointment for 9:00 we literally sat in the waiting area until 12:30, after making him not eat or drink after 12 midnight. Do you know how hard it is to keep a 4 year old un-irritated after not eating or drinking for 12 hours?! They should have scheduled him for 12:30 instead. Sedation should also be on separate days from the regular appointments or have certain times set for the patients needing to be sedated. It is rid... read more
