Professional Liars, rude & under educated staff My daughter had an appt at this place for 10:40am. I called knowing that we were running a little behind. Literally, we arrived at 10:46 (6 minutes). When signing in, this plastic mannequin sitting behind the desk tells me she doesn't know who or why someone told me "as long as we weren't more than 15min late we would be fine". I looked up they're website and clearly plain as day in Black and White it states there is a 15min grace period for patients. So clearly there isn't any... read more
Appointment setter A positive one because they did get the children in and out in a timely manner and it appears that they did a good job. However I ran into some confusion when I talk to this appointment setter who appear to be overwhelmed and very angry as well as combative it's important for any professional working in a professional environment to maintain their coup for take a break away so that the customer doesn't know that you're having a bad day.
Required Information I was asked several times to provide insurance information that I had already provided in person. It’s like someone lost it and accused me of never giving it to them.
Horrible staff My son came in this location for a cleaning, we were there about 40mins before his appt.. We were waiting atleast a 2hours only to find out they had him scheduled for an extraction. They never confirmed with me what his appt was for upon arrival, however we never got to see a dentist and this is just sad. Not the first time with this place either.
Customer Service and Procedure Policy Undersirable Customer service was not a priority at this facility. As a new customer the front desk staff was inattentive and mildly rude. Policy and service was not explained and parental supervision was prohibited and presented an issue for many parents to include new clientele. This policy should be explained prior to appointments (can be a recorded response and needs to offer a rescheduling or cancellation option). Took a while but when he went back he was done in minutes kinda questionable and a first we've been patients here for a while
Receptionist was polite. In fact everyone was pleasant. However the issue, I have was my wait an hour and a half for them to tell me that they couldn't extract my sons teeth. So the whole time they did nothing but take an xray. ( 1hr 1/2). Customer service is an A. My score 2 stars. Because of wasted time.
Not friendly Parents are not allowed in the back with their children, even if you are new patients. This should be told to the parent when they are booking appointments so they will book with another dentist. I thought this was a dumb rule that needs to be changed. I need to know what is happening with my child. The lady who called my daughter to the back and did her x-rays was rude to me.
