That is very unprofessional and does not care about other people at the time and then make you wait in the back to see a doctor for more than an hour
Friendly The wait was horrible even with an appointment. I am glad I decided to check with the front office because the back office had not received his paper work.

worst service ever F The worst service ever,my appointment was at 3:00 pm,I got there at 3:07 pm,I was there two and half,they only xray,cleaned my daughter ,they never got a chance to examine my daughter teeth,we just had had to leave,they took so long.I wouldn't let my dog go to this dentist. 😡😡😡😡
The nurses where friendly and nice But we waited to see the dentist for about an hour my app was 2:20 got to the back pretty fast. But waited for anybody to come in was a while.
They are very courteous and friendly, but they are terrible at scheduling. I waited on my son almost 4 hrs because they had waaay too many kids scheduled that morning. When they were done they told me I had to come back because they only did one filling and it was because they didn't want to numb both sides (they should've given me the option) it shouldn't take 4hrs for 1 filling.
We arrived at the office at 9:05am for a 9:20am appointment. We were not called to the back until 10:20. I felt that was unexceptable. My daughter had her teeth cleaned and once she was called back the treatment was quick.
The Service was Great Great Service but horrible with waiting time. You guys have become very slow. I have NEVER waited under the name Small Smiles for 2 hours. This is something you need to work on. The Service was excellent which is why I'm not switching dentist. So work on the slowness because that was unacceptable. Playing with people time when you don't know what they may have planned is not right.
