my daughter smile is jacked i did a review yesterday about the silver caps now my daughter cant colse her mouth due to the angle they put the cap plus its too far up in her gum. i have dealt with this cap situation with my oldest 2 plus my nieces and nephews so iknow something isnt right....my kids will not be back

Time The office overall is great my kids always come out smiling but the wait time i experienced yesterday was horrible. Mu sons appointment was at 3:20, we arrived at 3:15 and we didn't leave until about 5:30.... This was a cleaning there's no was that should have took 2 hours. Highly Dissatisfied I specified no flouride when we began coming to this dental office. And they assured me repeatedly that they were aware and would not administer flouride. This was reassurance was very important to me because they always said I have to wait longer for a private room, if I want to go back with my children. kamaya appointment went well.. but on the other hand my son also had an appointment the same day to see ortho.. after sitting nearly 2 hours to see ortho,ive noticed that he was sitting in the back instead of see ortho. Bad Experience A week ago I was told my daughter had 2 cavities that needed to be filled asap. I caught the bus, got my daughter out of school early and caught the bus across town to the dentist only for them to tell me my daughter does not have any cavities so the will see her in six months for her next cleaning. WHAT!!!! That was just a day wasted and she missed her classes for nothing. Charge for 3300 Form the child needs to attend school My daughter's dental experiences at Beautiful Smiles have been good for a few years now but I took my daughter there for a cleaning on 08/08/2016 and when I asked for her 3300 Dental Form for school I was told that I had to pay $5.00 for administration fees. I don't understand why the dental office would charge parents for the form when it's normally free and kids need the form to be able to attend school. I didn't pay the $5.00 so I wasn't given the needed form.
I arrived about 15 minutes early for my appointment and after waiting almost 90 minutes without my son seeing a dentist or hygienist. I refused to wait any longer. At least be courteous to the patient. I would have been a lot more understanding if I would have been notified of a possible delay. No explanation. Absolutely nothing.
The wait If your kids are all scheduled 10 or 15 mins apart ,they shin be seen at least 20 mins after check in,it took 1 hour for them to call one of my kids book less or revise a better service plan,it was so crowded people were standing
