One star is too much for customer support! After buying furniture, that came with a TV, I had the worst time getting the TV. Bel just never sent the info to Best Buy and it took call after call to get the info to Best Buy. Looks like Bel don't want to give up the money to Best in a timely manner. The longer they delay the longer they hold the money to Best. This has been going on for two weeks now when it should have been completed in one week according to the instructions set up by Bel. Good prices, BAD service. Couches deflate over time. Not worth it. I would give them no stars if I could.

We bought a queen bed and a chest one week ago...low and behold they sold us a piece of furniture that doesn't exist. They tried to give us a plasma tv stand instead of a chest. It turns out they only carry the bed and they do not carry the chest. I guess we had a sleazy salesman just trying to make a sale. So now, not only have they wasted our time, they will not process a refund until Monday; 5 days from now. No reason given other it's a "technical reason". Are you kidding me? Wow. It has been a LONG time since my last review, and that should go to show how absolutely enraged I am with BEL Furniture. They are the WORST! We picked out a couch from them last week and had it delivered yesterday in very poor condition. I was so distraught that I wanted to return the couch, not exchange it. Terrible customer service. The purchase was easy, just went in to buy a mattress at the advertised price, no problem. However pickup was less than efficient or organized. After I purchased I was told it wouldn't be in for a week, this info would have been helpful to know up front. On the day it was supposed to come in I called the warehouse and was put on hold for ever. Hang up, redial, on hold again, then disconnected. It took over four phone calls to speak to a human, crazy.
