Joining the one star group. Customer service is HORRIBLE. Called in to get a price check while on the road. Was put on hold to talk to a sales person pulled into the parking lot and was still on hold walked in the store while still on hold they are all sitting on the couches. They had me place an order for 2 pieces that they didn't even have. It's been a real headache dealing with them, not only that, because of their mess up they're trying to charge me more money to pick out more pieces. I promise you, NEVER BUY YOUR FURNITURE FROM HERE.

I've read the reviews before heading into the store but still decided to check it out anyways. I receive flyers from Bel Furniture frequently and because I'm on a hunt for several new pieces, I thought it wouldn't hurt to look around. Went to buy furniture and it was not ready until 3 weeks then they delivered and they forgot one of my purchase orders then they expected me to get off work again for the next delivery which I couldn't and their suggestion was give my key to the neighbor to let them in I told them to deliver after 5 since it was their mistake and negligence that it was forgotten the first time they refused they wanted me to leave work on my lunch time to come and accommodate them when it was their stupid negligence so then I called you get a... read more

Well let me join the growing list of screwed over customers who have endured poor customer service from Bel. My wife and I actually bought and paid with credit card for a Full Size bedroom set on Memorial Weekend for our 3 year old son. It got delivered today 06/05 over one week later which was no big deal but the mattress was absolutely drenched. I was not at home and my wife received. DON'T BUY FROM BEL unless you want to pay high price for cheap, low quality furniture. The bedroom set that was purchased 3 months ago is broken. Took a month and a half for them to fix and install (when I insisted that they needed to be replaced). They installed the refurbished piece knowing that they will break again and didn't even bother to take it back. I hate that I have to even give them one star. 0/5 stars. Worst customer service I have ever got in my life. The assistant manager was extremely rude. I would never recommend anybody to buy furniture from here. Horrible employees as well. This place is garbage!

Worst furniture store ever!!!! I paid over $1500 in furniture and they promised to have it delivered in 4 days. They called and said the furniture came in damaged and they were getting a new shipment in in two days. They never called back to tell us when our stuff would be delivered. It's been a month and now after many many calls, we finally got to talk to a manager. I highly recommend to avoid this store at all costs. Unless u want to pay $90 for shipping and have to wait a month for your purchase... Very unhappy...

The worst furniture company that I visited in my life. Bad customer service, bad quality furniture, horrible sales people, worst manager to sum it up. Never think of buying anything from here. There are lot better furniture shops around Houston. I purchased couple of items during thanks giving sale and I have to fight with them for each and every time when they delivered the product.
