Purchased a Bed, reclining love seat, fireplace and a mirror curio plus the Guardian Warranty from the Humble location. Discovered that my mirror was cracked in the curio, contacted them. I have gotten the run around from warranty company and Dora who stated she would call me back after she spoke with the Manager. I haven't heard from anyone. I came into this store this evening attempting to purchase a chair I came in to check out 2 days ago. I spoke with Sonia. She spoke to the manager and said I could get this chair for $343 because it was the last one and it was the floor sample. I'm having surgery tomorrow so I came in to purchase the chair this evening. Sales people and stores should be mindful of the customer service they provide. No one is obligated to spend money at your store. Please honor your customers with honesty and respect. I would give them zero stars if available to select! I bought a sofa, Queen bed and mattress, king mattress and an end table. I had the money to pay cash but asked if they had 0% financing. They told me yes but you have to pay it off balloon by 90 days. I had to call in 3 days after signing their Acima plan. I signed it then 90 days later they are saying what I signed was for 12 months and it is a lease. The purchase price was $3600. I called immediately after the delivery to report it. They promised to bring a new product. The new product was defective and the delivery driver told me this particular product has a known issue. Yet Bel Furniture continues to sell it and said that the delivery driver has no authority to tell me anything. Mind you, these are people Bel Furniture hired to deliver thousands of dollars of furniture to people. This is a horrible company pleaser don't waste your tome buying anything from them. They delivered damage furniture; whomever puts the furniture together does a horrible job. We bought recliners my husband had to take them apart and put back together the right way because if u lined in them u almost fall. I bought my son bunk beds with a desk. The delivery guys drilled wholes with nail to sit a board on instead of taking the board down and turning it the right way. They service suck. They came out to my house three times wit... read more

Bought a bedroom set on Saturday . Chose to pick up Merchandise and set up ourselves. The mirror was slightly damaged. I contacted my salesman on Monday he was off so i called again on Thursday and was told by him to contact customer servcice at 832-358-8899. I called customer service and was told to send email and attach pictures which i did. Very disappointed with my delivery at the Willowbrook location. I was charged a delivery fee and was told my merchandise was not delivered around 6 p.m., because no one was home. This is a lie. I was home on the delivery date and I have ring. My recording does not show anyone ringing my bell or any attempts of products being delivered at my home. I just lost my money and now I have to hire someone to pick up my merchandise from the store, because their delivery service is shady and I can't get help rectifying this.
