Grand opening, big store, some things seemed over priced. Most staff were friendly. A few higher employees were preoccupied with phones. We ordered mattresses, I ×I'll update posts ×hen it has been delivered.

I have bought dining and breakfast tables, guest bedroom furniture, mattress, living room furniture and power recliners over the years from Bel furniture. I have been a Bel furniture customer since 2004. I never had any complain regarding quality of furniture, delivery or any other issue with sales. The prices of furniture and quality is great. Do not purchase from this store. I told the sales rep exactly what I wanted and she ordered the wrong size bed. The store wanted me to take the bed back to the store and charge me a delivery fee to bring me the one I wanted. They said that's what I signed for but they make you sign on an electronic pad. And then they email you all the documentation so I didn't realize u till it was too late. I will be canceling and returning my whole order. I should have looked at the reviews before showing up to this store.

We have a couch we bought 1.5 years ago. We paid for extended warranty. The padding has worn to where we can feel boards in our back. The warranty will not cover it. The quality of their furniture and warranty is not up to my liking.
