Bel furniture saved me money and time. Just got my living room and everything looks amazing in the house. Delivery guys did an awesome getting in and out my house fast. I'll be going back soon
I have bought dining and breakfast tables, guest bedroom furniture, mattress, living room furniture and power recliners over the years from Bel furniture. I have been a Bel furniture customer since 2004. I never had any complain regarding quality of furniture, delivery or any other issue with sales. The prices of furniture and quality is great. This has been one of the WORST purchasing experiences I have ever had. I spent thousands of dollars on furniture for my children, and after being given delivery dates, having those dates changed, being inconvenienced over and over again, and getting nothing but excuses, ONLY ONE OF MY FURNITURE SETS SHOWED UP. Do not purchase from this store. I told the sales rep exactly what I wanted and she ordered the wrong size bed. The store wanted me to take the bed back to the store and charge me a delivery fee to bring me the one I wanted. They said that's what I signed for but they make you sign on an electronic pad. And then they email you all the documentation so I didn't realize u till it was too late. I will be canceling and returning my whole order. I should have looked at the reviews before showing up to this store.

We have a couch we bought 1.5 years ago. We paid for extended warranty. The padding has worn to where we can feel boards in our back. The warranty will not cover it. The quality of their furniture and warranty is not up to my liking.

We would give them a zero, but 1 is the lowest number. Starting in July 2025, after fighting with the warranty company, Guardian, to get our recliner fixed the company finally offered us a credit through Bel Furniture, where we originally purchased the recliner. On Saturday September 6th we as to speak with the store manager, only to be told she was off this day. We asked if we could go online or to another store and was told that the store manager, who was supposed to be off, that we could not do either as we would our cr... read more

Whatever you do, don't order furniture online from these people. I ordered 2 bedroom sets in November. I got one 3 weeks later. I had to call and ask the corporate office when my furniture would be delivered!! I never got a text, email, or anything until the day of. So then I had to take a day off to get it. The other bedroom set was supposed to be delivered on Jan 4th, that's what I was told. So I waited all day. I'd get a call or email for cancelation. service not real good, warranty is terrible , paid over $200. just to find it worthless when went to try using it . recliners arm came off first 2 weeks lever to recline broke within a minth these were takin care of but when the leather cracked the warranty was no good. Price for product is higher than some stores. The reason I went there in the first place was they were close to home . NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!
Fraud committing, lying, thieving scumbags. Never buy from these pieces of shit! After buying $7000.00 dollars worth of furniture, They sold me a warranty for $299.00, that said if you don't use it, they will let you use the $299.00 paid for the warranty to purchase more furniture.
