We would give them a zero, but 1 is the lowest number. Starting in July 2025, after fighting with the warranty company, Guardian, to get our recliner fixed the company finally offered us a credit through Bel Furniture, where we originally purchased the recliner. Whatever you do, don't order furniture online from these people. I ordered 2 bedroom sets in November. I got one 3 weeks later. I had to call and ask the corporate office when my furniture would be delivered!! I never got a text, email, or anything until the day of. So then I had to take a day off to get it. The other bedroom set was supposed to be delivered on Jan 4th, that's what I was told. So I waited all day. I'd get a call or email for cancelation. service not real good, warranty is terrible , paid over $200. just to find it worthless when went to try using it . recliners arm came off first 2 weeks lever to recline broke within a minth these were takin care of but when the leather cracked the warranty was no good. Price for product is higher than some stores. The reason I went there in the first place was they were close to home . NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!

Fraud committing, lying, thieving scumbags. Never buy from these pieces of shit! After buying $7000.00 dollars worth of furniture, They sold me a warranty for $299.00, that said if you don't use it, they will let you use the $299.00 paid for the warranty to purchase more furniture. FRAUD!! I went to Bell and was trying to buy $600.00 worth of furniture. Purchased furniture in October 2023. Order was late and finally on day of arrival, was missing a twin bed. Was told that it was no longer in stock. Called customer service and picked another bed. Scheduled a delivery date. Received several reminder notifications of my delivery. The day of delivery, I was called and informed that the bed was discontinued. Purchased a Bed, reclining love seat, fireplace and a mirror curio plus the Guardian Warranty from the Humble location. Discovered that my mirror was cracked in the curio, contacted them. I have gotten the run around from warranty company and Dora who stated she would call me back after she spoke with the Manager. I haven't heard from anyone. I came into this store this evening attempting to purchase a chair I came in to check out 2 days ago. I spoke with Sonia. She spoke to the manager and said I could get this chair for $343 because it was the last one and it was the floor sample. I'm having surgery tomorrow so I came in to purchase the chair this evening. I would give them zero stars if available to select! I bought a sofa, Queen bed and mattress, king mattress and an end table. I had the money to pay cash but asked if they had 0% financing. They told me yes but you have to pay it off balloon by 90 days. I had to call in 3 days after signing their Acima plan. I signed it then 90 days later they are saying what I signed was for 12 months and it is a lease. The purchase price was $3600.
