Lo peor se retrasan con el delivery no es una tienda confiable nadie te da informacin y te cobran 25% de fee por cancelation o devolvolucion

I called immediately after the delivery to report it. They promised to bring a new product. The new product was defective and the delivery driver told me this particular product has a known issue. Yet Bel Furniture continues to sell it and said that the delivery driver has no authority to tell me anything. Mind you, these are people Bel Furniture hired to deliver thousands of dollars of furniture to people. This is a horrible company pleaser don't waste your tome buying anything from them. They delivered damage furniture; whomever puts the furniture together does a horrible job. We bought recliners my husband had to take them apart and put back together the right way because if u lined in them u almost fall. I bought my son bunk beds with a desk. The delivery guys drilled wholes with nail to sit a board on instead of taking the board down and turning it the right way. They service suck. They came out to my house three times wit... read more

They sell damaged furniture and charge you to restock it after delivering broken bed frame twice.

Bought a bedroom set on Saturday . Chose to pick up Merchandise and set up ourselves. The mirror was slightly damaged. I contacted my salesman on Monday he was off so i called again on Thursday and was told by him to contact customer servcice at 832-358-8899. I called customer service and was told to send email and attach pictures which i did. Very disappointed with my delivery at the Willowbrook location. I was charged a delivery fee and was told my merchandise was not delivered around 6 p.m., because no one was home. This is a lie. I was home on the delivery date and I have ring. My recording does not show anyone ringing my bell or any attempts of products being delivered at my home. I just lost my money and now I have to hire someone to pick up my merchandise from the store, because their delivery service is shady and I can't get help rectifying this.

I was in the store Saturday 1/16/2021. The service was not what I thought. Delivery is to high and cannot inform you of your delivery until the day of. Who does that?? I called to speak with the store manager he assumed I was asking him to change the policy.. smh that never came out my mouth.. If I could leave 0 stars I would ! The location on I-45 north / greenspoint area has the worst customer service I have ever received in my life ! My fiancé paid for our furniture , plus the warranty and delivery fee all at once during their Black Friday sale . We scheduled the delivery a few weeks in advance as we were moving to our new apartment.
