I got a king bed 2 years ago. I understood the warranty limit and time period of product. The people whoever delivered and set up my bed, placed mattress and they gone. I tried to put the bed in different locations after two years and I found the default. The baseboard is too shorter to screw into headboard slat bottom which 7 inches shorter. Worst experience ever. Their policy says someone has to be home when delivering. We were not home and yet the guys still wanted to go in because they said they couldn’t come back. So, we allowed them to come in. The men set up a full bed and then left and sent a picture. As soon as we received the picture we called and the guy and he didn’t want to go back because “he was behind on time and he didn’t think the twin bed would fit!” Mind you we had asked him to set the full bed up first and then call to discuss whether the twi... read more

We were very pleasantly surprised by the Memorial Day prices at Bel, having never been in here before. Some furniture was definitely not my style, but Aurora helped us find a full bedroom set for our guest room. She was helpful in figuring out that nightstands were also available (though not on display), and we will have it all delivered in just a few days. A good experience!
