Worst experience ever. Their policy says someone has to be home when delivering. We were not home and yet the guys still wanted to go in because they said they couldn’t come back. So, we allowed them to come in. The men set up a full bed and then left and sent a picture. As soon as we received the picture we called and the guy and he didn’t want to go back because “he was behind on time and he didn’t think the twin bed would fit!” Mind you we had asked him to set the full bed up first and then call to discuss whether the twi... read more

I made several purchases today with the greatest salesperson ever, Sergio Flores. I visited Bel Furniture once a week checking the prices of the furniture I purchased. Sergio informed me about an anniversary sale & suggested I come by today to check to see if my furniture items were on sale. Everything I purchased was on sale today. He is such a professional.
