Our outdoor dining set was delivered in January, within a month the finish on the table began lifting and chipping. We submitted a claim against the “warranty” and after waiting nearly a month for a response followed up on the claim and was informed “the finish” isn’t covered. We have owned this crap for only 6 months and despite being shaded under a patio cover and shade with no exposure to sunlight the condition continues to deteriorate. I got a king bed 2 years ago. I understood the warranty limit and time period of product. The people whoever delivered and set up my bed, placed mattress and they gone. I tried to put the bed in different locations after two years and I found the default. The baseboard is too shorter to screw into headboard slat bottom which 7 inches shorter. People didn’t tell me about that wrong and unfit bed part while they were installing and set up bed. They just put the mattress to hide the default and then gone. I know I can’t replac... read more
