Bought dinette set on Sept 1 and paid $99 for delivery. The delivery came later that week and they informed one chair was broken. I had to reschedule another delivery window and the guy informs me he forgot the tools to put it together. He wanted me to reschedule another day. I told him that was unacceptable. He called in and said he would be back later. Four weeks later while sitting in a chair it breaks and I fall and hurt my back and hip. I called in and they want to replace the chair. My wife and I came to the store on I-45 south looking for a dresser, bed frame, and a dining room set. We arrived at the store and we were basically told to look around on our own. We perused the inventory and found some items we liked, and asked to get a quote on those items delivered to our home which is right across the street from the store. The saleswoman, Sylvia Cho, who barely spoke English told me the delivery charge would be $7.99 on the showroom floor. Once we got to the sales area she wrote out the quote, and the ... read more

Egh... nothing special. Wandered in here with the wife to look at some items. Nothing special and the sales staff was a little odd, they just introduced themselves and quickly walked in circles around us.

Several Facts here (1) They have over 113 complaints with the BBB(2) They have a customer service rating of F (3) Just as the other review said they engage in false and misleading advertising, they are currently running an ad that says "Look what $699 will buy", it shows a complete bedroom set but what you really get (if you could buy it) is a bed and two night stands(4) The BBB has written them many times about false advertising (5) they make you sign a contract that says they keep 25% of your money if you cancel they tell ... read more
