Bel Furniture does not care about their customers. I made a cash purchase with Bel Furniture on May 23, 2020 and scheduled a delivery date for June 29th. Shopping, purchasing and setting up delivery ran smooth. I was contacted two days prior to delivery and the day of delivery to confirm. Well done. Delivery day - one of my couches was delivered with a missing piece. The delivery guy nonchalantly explained that it was missing and someone would contact me on the next business day. I am totally dissatisfied with the customer service that I received with your BEL FURNITURE. I was not informed of the missing item scheduled for delivery on 02/01/20. The driver stated before leaving that the missing item was pending on his work order. I requested that the item be delivered on Monday 02/3 but they said it would come in and scheduled for 2/5. Yeah they have great prices, but not worth it when it comes to the customer service. I purchased furniture on March 16, 2019 and asked if I could have delivery after 3. I was told that I had to be available 8am to 8pm they could not guarantee a designated time. So I had to wait 2 weeks later and furniture was delivered on March 30, 2019. Don't buy from here but furniture but the delivery truck can't drive and damage my road and I am left to pay thousands dollars to fix it. Whatever saving you get from the furniture you now have to pay more to fix the driveway/road. I would give it a zero stars or negative stars if possible.

My husband and I were in on Friday and purchased a living room set. We opted to pick up the furniture, rather than have it delivered, because the delivery would take some time. The salesman told us to call on the 25th to see if it was in. He was expecting 20-something sets to arrive. My husband called the store where we bought it and they said it was in. This store is a joke! The delivery service was a joke! My mother bought two bed sets along with two queen mattresses. We get everything delivered on the day they said. We got everything except for the second mattress along with the bed spring. The delivery guy said it was pending so we had to call customer service. This is discrepancy number 1! i went in bels furniture a week ago to buy an table object which costs about 64.00 to put on my bels card,and they told me i would have to purchase over 300.00

I have to agree that if there was an option for no stars I'd definitely pick that. Their quality in furniture is horrible. Multiple chairs broke the first month and within 2 months of purchasing a dinette set it had to be replaced. Their Guardian insurance is worthless, and the store's customer service sucks just as bad as their furniture. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If you wanted quality furniture go somewhere else.
