I am moving into my new apartment. I bought a loveseat and sofa at a great price! But then I also bought 2 rugs. They were to be delivered to me. I only received ONE rug. Now, instead of them CALLING me and telling me that they only had ONE in stock, they just sent ONE. So when I tried to take it back, the MANAGER laughed and said it was dirty and I couldn't get a refund. I only put 2 stars because I talked to corporate and they were THE BEST. These People are not trustworthy. I sold my furniture expecting my new furniture to be delivered today but they moved it and said I agreed to it. This is a total lie! I am now sitting on the floor. Do not go to Bel Furniture because you WILL be stuck out.

I bought 2 sets of bunks on Sept. 30 for 4 little girls who didn't have beds and paid for delivery for October 11, just to find out on day of delivery the girls beds was sold and Bel wasnt getting anymore sets. I will not shop at Bel Furniture anymore. ZERO STARS for BEL Funiture.

DO NOT BUY ANY FURITURE HERE!!! My daughter a bed room set from them a year ago with installment payments of $500. The bed was beautiful; but the installation has been hell. The men who set-up the bed put a hairline crack in the baseboard and months later it turned out to be so large that we had them bring out another one. That took months for them to come out. Never buying here again. Bought overpriced dining set just because it looked really nice, turned out to be subpar quality. One bench and one chair broke the first month. And the "extended warranty" it's just a big joke. Over 1 month to fix broken stuff.

If there was an option for no stars I'd definitely pick. Their quality in furniture is horrible. Within the first 6 months of purchasing all the furniture had to be replaced and they still did horrible on the repairs. Not to mention their customer service sucks just as bad as their furniture. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If you wanted quality furniture go somewhere else.

Bought dinette set on Sept 1 and paid $99 for delivery. The delivery came later that week and they informed one chair was broken. I had to reschedule another delivery window and the guy informs me he forgot the tools to put it together. He wanted me to reschedule another day. I told him that was unacceptable. He called in and said he would be back later. Four weeks later while sitting in a chair it breaks and I fall and hurt my back and hip. I called in and they want to replace the chair. My wife and I came to the store on I-45 south looking for a dresser, bed frame, and a dining room set. We arrived at the store and we were basically told to look around on our own. We perused the inventory and found some items we liked, and asked to get a quote on those items delivered to our home which is right across the street from the store. Egh... nothing special. Wandered in here with the wife to look at some items. Nothing special and the sales staff was a little odd, they just introduced themselves and quickly walked in circles around us.
