Verified Renter I just moved in 2 weeks ago, but it already feels like home. Love the quiet and cleanliness of the property, and staying busy decorating my beautifully renovated apartment. This property is so pretty with its winding streets lined with hardwoods. I am enjoying my wooded view, the wildlife and some spectacular sunsets from my westward facing patio. Everyone I've met here - leasing staff, maintenance, neighbors and mailman - have been warm and welcoming. I love it here. I've found my forever home.

Verified Renter Great experience so far. I’ve been here for more than a year and I love it. It’s a great place with friendly leasing agents, wonderful landscaping, and overall a nice and quiet place 5 minutes from Avalon and Downtown Alpharetta. I also love that the police station is right in our neighborhood.

Verified Renter Bell has its flaws with being a corporate community that nickels and dimes at move in but overall its been good living here. Maintenance is always prompt and the people working in the office are usually pretty helpful. Overall Ive enjoyed my years here.

Upon finding Bell Alpharetta within the short period of time that I had, I can certainly say that working with Rubi was the easiest part of this process.
