Verified Renter I totally enjoy living here. The area is mostly quiet and if there is an issue the coutesy officer is great to take care of it. The office staff is friendly and courteous and care for your needs. I would recommend this area.

Verified Renter Everything has been great living at Bell Alpharetta. The location is wonderful. Convenient to everything I love. The office personnel is super helpful. When I email them they always get back to me. Maintenance is awesome. If you put in a request they come and fix whatever is broken right away.

Verified Renter Good community to live. Quiet and good neighborhood. Good management and maintenance team. 1star reduced due to Water and Sewage bill is high and I feel that a disadvantage due to 1meter for whole community. Otherwise it’s good place live.

Verified Renter It has been a great 3 months living at bell! I only have a few minor complaints and they are 1. Lack of 10lb weights in the gym for over a month and 2. The bugs are a little out of control considering we are paying for “pest control” but honestly we live on the first floor so I know there are going to be some. Overall the neighborhood is so nice, the office gets things done quickly and attentive, and overall it’s been a great experience!!
