The trimming of the trees, the pine neddles in the appropriate areas and the stripping of the parking areas has really enhanced the overall look of the community; It would help is there were benches along the sidewalk for residents to sit and enjoy the plants, the birds and the community while walking or strolling the baby and decide to rest. Verified Renter 4.5/5 actually. The only issue is the noise of the day to day activities- walking, showering, etc. coming from the neighbouring apartments (not a big deal, but it would be better if there was no noise at all)
