Verified Renter Hi. Bell apartments has been mostly wonderful to work with but I sent a request for assistance two weeks ago for sealing of holes under sinks to keep bugs out and have not been contacted by the apartment managers yet.

Verified Renter All around great place to live! We are still happy here after five years. Maintenance is extremely prompt and polite. Landscaping is improving all the time even though it has been quite lovely all the time. Amenities are kept up nicely. The only minus is that if your apartment is under another one that has been updated to vinyl flooring in the living area there is quite a bit of "walking around" noise.

The trimming of the trees, the pine neddles in the appropriate areas and the stripping of the parking areas has really enhanced the overall look of the community; It would help is there were benches along the sidewalk for residents to sit and enjoy the plants, the birds and the community while walking or strolling the baby and decide to rest.
