Verified Renter I have left at Bell Alpharetta since January this year. I have been very pleased with the quiet ambience, beautiful woodland view from my patio, and newly renovated apartment. Management staff and Maintenance are proactive and professional in handling requests and making sure all apartments are maintained properly. I have enjoyed living at Bell this year and have recommended it to friends who are contemplating moving.

Verified Renter I really like this neighborhood. It's quiet and my neighbors are awesome. The only thing I would suggest the administration should work is maintaining the common areas clean: stairs and front doors areas. Trash service is not consistent, at least for the last 5-6 months.
