Verified Renter I love the location and that there is on-site storage. I feel that the corridors could be better maintained however the spacious living areas and convenience to other community businesses is amazing.

Verified Renter This is a good place for living, where we don't need to worry about any maintenance or other issues in the appartment, everything will be taken care by the maintenance department or any person in the leasing office is very helpful and also website is user friendly so that we need not disturb anyone for any maintenance we can just update information there. Enjoying living in this place.

Verified Renter I would highly recommend Bell Channelside to any others who enjoy the city life. Bell is probably the most affordable residency in Channelside. Right across from a grocery store, in a neighborhood that is economically booming and developing, this apartment complex location cannot be beat.

Verified Renter Bell is a great location in Channelside and close to downtown. It's has a nice luxury feel without breaking the bank account. They have great amenities and best value in my opinion.

Bait and Switch. Stay away!! The prices listed on apartments.com and the Bell Channelside website are between $500-$800 higher than advertised. If they lie about the rent, what else would they be lying about? Best to avoid such shenanigans.
