Verified Renter The bell is a clean and safe environment to live. The apartments are very nice especially compared to other apartments in the area! One of the biggest pros is they have very plentiful and secure parking.

The communications and postings are unnecessarily rude, unclear, and spammy. I have lived in my unit for about 4 years now and the noise has increased exponentially and have had to call after hours phone line multiple times. Verified Renter Staff and property are well kept and clean. I enjoy living here. My dog is welcome and there are plenty of receptacles for waste. The staff and management are also friendly and listen to suggestions.
