Verified Renter We relocated into one of the newly renovated apartments in January and the improvements are fantastic! The kitchen upgrades incredible--especially love the deep single farm house style sink and faucet fixture. The white quartz counter tops are exceptional, and those improvements continue into the bathroom areas. New paint scheme is great. Get what you pay for It’s the “affordable” property in the neighborhood and you can tell why. Compared to the properties across the street, grounds aren’t maintained and pool area isn’t luxe. Biggest problem is safety. No cameras in garage and free access because loading dock is wide open. A week after I moved in my car was broken into. Might be leaving early because there is a price of security
Verified Renter Overall, I've been relatively happy at Bell. The biggest issue has been the significant rent raises. Rent has about doubled over the course of two years despite no changes in living conditions. Had it not been for that, I'd have stayed on for a long time. Maintance is amazing, leasing ofice leaves a bit to be desired. Location is great but the surrounding builders are newer/nicer.
Verified Renter Quality dropped significantly the past year. Def not leasing here anymore. Broken doors, poor security, poor maintenance in every floor. new management is rude and lacks professionalism.

Verified Renter There are issues with security, cars are broken into consistently (maybe around 50 in the past couple years), due to doors being broken or left open, and gate issues as well. The loading dock door specifically has been messed up for a good year now. This does need to be replaced, not fixed. Overall though, location is great and I wouldn't want to be in another neighborhood in Tampa.

Verified Renter Really like it here!!! Love the new washers and dryers and the staff is super friendly! Perfect location. Publix is right there so it’s really convenient, the trolley stop is also right down the road to take you all over downtown, so many restaurants that are walkable and the bars too!!
