0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend I wouldn’t recommend Bell Collision to anyone and I wouldn’t come back. 5 Star : Repair Quality I am satisfied with the quality of the repair. 1.5 Star : Customer Service The customer service was lacking. I had to initiate the calls to get updates. The repair shop personnel relied heavily on using texts to communicate and then when I call, the adjuster assigned would be at lunch and they couldn’t tell me when he will be back or when to call back. Very unprofessional.

0 Star : My Experience I was very happy with the repair it’s the finish part on the rest of the car it looks like the Zantac was taken off when I brought it in that rest of my car had a little shine to it when I picked it up they rewash it , didn’t help at all it needs some was or polished some how now Iva e to spend more money to fix it right or close to it that’s the part I am disappointed
0 Star : My Experience The repair work took too long. 3/8-4/13. Had to go back to have trim put on. The interior of car was a mess of white bondo and white goop by wall and sides by brake and doors. Grease on seat covers. Would not recommend.
