I also had an error message on my vehicle about the smart entry system. 0 Star : My Experience My truck looks terrible. There are dents all over the hood and it looks like children tried to fix it. 0 Star : My Experience We were never updated about the status of our vehicle, calls weren't returned, we were left on hold without calls being answered or hung up on after 20+ minutes of waiting, deadlines passed with no updates and the repair took weeks longer than initially quoted. Truly abysmal customer service
