0 Star : My Experience After paying my deductible and retrieving my car, I headed straight to work driving about 20 minutes with the vehicle on. When I arrived at a store, I turned my car off for not even 5 minutes and when I ran back out, my car would not turn on. 0 Star : My Experience From start to finish we were never given accurate time frames when our car would completed. Multiple different conversations and texts gave different times. Then once the car was completed a simple buff job was needed to smooth out the paint but the estimator jumped to a conclusion and almost sent the car back to be taken apart a repainted. Communication is poor there and it’s seems like everyone’s first day on the job. I’ll look for another collision center next time I’m in need.

I was never informed that my car was somewhere else for weeks and I was lied to about when my car would be ready. On top of that my automatic lights no longer work in my car. At night time I switch to automatic so my lights will be on when it’s night time and they no longer work.
