I am very dissatisfied with our car buying experience and will not return. I do not begrudge a business from making the most of an opportunity to complete a sale, but many promises made were not upheld. The greatest disappointment stems from the fact that I had an extremely positive experience here in the past. There are too many reputable dealerships in the area to contemplate a return to this dealer.
One of THE WORST car buying experiences ever. The salesperson, Alex, was even embarrassed to show the dealership's initial trade in offer. If you think car dealerships will squeeze every penny out of you, the management at Bell Honda will confirm it. With demand for trade ins at an all time high, they offered 30% of the Kelly Blue Book minimum value. That's AFTER I made it clear that I did not want to spend all day playing low ball/highball. I truly hope Alex finds a sales job with a dealership with more integrity.
