I was planning to buy at bell honda with 2022 honda civic sedan with on sports trim. They have given me qoute before i went there. Then they did not aknowledge the qoute that was given ahnd had many reasons to keep the price up, they wont even listen to your request. They just want to get your money and to get what they want. It was supposed to be my first car and they've ruined the experience.

Our salesperson was AWESOME! BUT if you live out of state I advise you to not buy a car from here or let me specify if you are from GA. We have been getting the run around for over 3 weeks, still no tag and can't drive the car bc the temp tag expired. Ga requires the dealership to send documents directly to the tax accessors office, they will not take your copies of anything. Well noone at Bell Honda or Honda Finance seems to know what to do. To make a loooong story short, please save your time and money from Bell Rd Honda. Leased my 2021 Honda Pilot in May, and in June just within a month interior lights stop working. Made an appointment at their Honda Service Center, and they end up taking out the factory alarm my vehicle had installed because they said it was producing too Much energy causing the fuses to blow up. Sadly, I drive my vehicle the next day and interior lights STOP working once again. NOT only that!! I was charged for the alarm on my contract $1... read more

Not everything is about price. It's the way the manager treated us that matters. Maybe he was having a bad day? Either way his attitude was negative and dismissive. It takes years to build relationships, only seconds to lose one. We will take our business elsewhere. As for the service department, it's been horrible since the new management took over. Once again, nothing to do with the price. It's about the quality of service.

Bought a new CR V, and it was delivered with a leaking tire. Took it back and they couldn't find the leak! Took it to Discount Tire, and the found and fixed it in 15 minutes. Had the first oil change done there, and they took the bottom engine cover off and never put it back. I didn't look, and when I found out, it was a so what attitude when I asked for it. Never got it back.

Buyers beware. Tried to sell me super expensive extended warranty for $500 bucks a month. I shit you not FIVE HINDRED....that was almost more than the monthly car payment. I finally said YES to a cheaper option because the "finance manager" would not give up and I was tired as hell. It was MIDNIGHT for crying out loud....I tried to cancel the MMP extended warranty I bought for $3k about a few months later and could NOT for the life of me get it cancelled. purchase car there long time ago. The transaction was great. Thinking I would go back for a second car.... Well.... Big mistake!! Everything was going well until the sales manager came out. I believe his name is Luis... We can not come to a agreeable price at the negotiating stage. Which is fine it happens all the time. I took my Honda there because my extended warranty company said they would waive the deductible. It's Phoenix, it's July, and my AC wasn't working. After 5 hrs of keeping my car, and me on hold for 20 minutes trying to find out when I could find out what was wrong, Ventura called to tell me I had "impact damage" from "road rocks" that had damaged my AC and because of the "collision" (I don't drive off road and my vehicle has NEVER been in an accident) my warranty would not cover the repairs. Bought a new car in early February of 2020. Was promised free car washes for the life of the car. As of July 2022 they have refused to give me any free car washes in 16 months. They tell me that the car wash is closed due to the thousands of deaths from the virus. Phoenix has opened up almost every business in the city. I feel that the promise of free car washes is a lie.
