Tried to sell me a car that was clearly in an accident that involved wet concrete but not on Carfax, convenient for them. BY THE WAY CARFAX CAN BE ALTERED, ALWAYS TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO YOUR TRUSTED MECHANIC BEFORE PURCHASING A VEHICLE. Had I not they would have scammed me out of $20k. The entire undercarriage of the car was encased in hardened concrete. All they care about is money. They promised it would be taken off seller sites but it was back up very next day. Writing this out cause Ive tried contacting Bell Honda for help on my car issues due to my last service and they say theyre going to get in contact with me but ive been ignored for over a week now. I usually go to Tempe Honda but since moving closer to here i decided to check this one out and i regret it. To start this off my advisor didnt even know he had an appointment. I went in to test drive a vehicle I wanted to purchase with cash, however there were some repairs that needed to be done. I asked for repairs to be completed and then I would buy it and they said they wouldn't do repairs unless someone bought it first. They also added over $1k to the price of the vehicle for the repairs. They then tried to get me to sign paperwork but wouldn't explain what it was and refused to explain what the paperwork was for. Worst dealership experience with Jeremy in finance who even came out to the lot to to give us offers he financed us for.. what a swindler of the guy.. They kind of fixed it some but the damage this place created is definitely bad for business. Hopefully they get better.

I purchased a new car here about 3 weeks ago and the whole buying process was fine but my only complaint was that I was told that I would be getting back the last payment I made on my old car and that I would receive a check in the mail the first or 2nd week in April. I tried to hold off writing my review as long as I could to give the dealership ample time to fix my issue. Basically I bought a lemon and the dealership will not take responsibility. When I purchased my car on New Year's Eve at closing the very next day I came back because it was oil in my driveway. Update!!!!! I took my car to another dealer for a second opinion my AC has been fixed and I didn't have to pay the $1800 Bell Honda was trying to con me for.. Now I have ice cold AC Please if you were not satisfied with the diagnosis of your vehicle at this location do yourself a favor and get a second opinion you could be out of $1800 just like I would have been if I believed their claims. Went there for an oil chance came out paying $299.00 for things that I didn't agree.. They guy that helped me was very nice but its sad how they'll make nice to just add more thing on your bill and then they have you sing it.. very dishonest company..

Save yourself some grief and go to Right Honda instead. Salesman at Bell was rude and had no customer service skills. Did not want to answer questions about extra charges. Actually got mad and walked away from me when I asked about $4000 market adjustment fee !!!!!!
