So I was emailing with the online manager and she sent me some Pilots that i was interested in. I also had used truecar. When i went there, 2 sales guys wouldn't take me to the online manager and pushed me to work with them. I was there for hours with my puppy and hadn't eaten for many hours which was really bad since I'm diabetic and need to eat every 4 hours. The most deceitful, beguiling attempts to cheat a customer I've ever experienced in my life. The acquisition person was cunning, calculated but pathetically transparent.... Natalie was her name. . She pretended to be ditzy, stated she had ADHD then proceeded to have us test drive a Honda Sport Accord that she claimed was a 2023. Bought a car from them a month later started having issues I was just over 3 days over my 30 day warranty and they said they couldn't do anything. They said a 900 issue I went to auto zone found the part for $50 saved myself the time and money. Make sure you do a full inspection on the vehicle you wanna buy from them they dont tell you the underlying issues of the vehicle.

if i could give a 0 or even -10 stars i would. Where do i start, well never been the type to ever write anything about a place even having issues but this experience was bad since the day i signed papers. These guys will sell you a car that has issues and then charge you for it later. If you DO decide to buy a used vehicle from them, get it FULLY inspected first by a third party. If you don't catch it in time, say hello to costly repairs that they weren't obligated to tell you about. Oh, AND DOCUMENT EVERY interaction with them. Record the line. All that. I would really give 0 stars if I could. As Josh S. suggested, I did call the service manager and left a message, asking for him to return my call. That was 6 days ago, and I have not heard from the service manager. I didn't really expect to, which just goes to show that this dealership is not to be trusted and doesn't not care about their customers. I truly hope that everyone who reads these reviews, will take their business elsewhere.

Worst Honda dealer in the valley. The most unprofessional, rude, and deceptive sales staff I've ever seen at an auto dealer. Physically rundown and junky building. Save yourself the headache and go a bit east to Right Honda (or any other dealer in the valley) -- completely opposite experience.

I asked for an estimate for my car and they never gave it to me once they found out I wasn't going to buy a car from them. They tried to sell me a 2015 accord with huge dents in the back for $18,000 and it was only the base model. According to them, it was "shiny & great" but it was far from their description. They were pushing me too to get a kia instead which I clearly stated in the first place I wasn't interested in Kias. Took a lot of time before they handed my keys to me.
