Save yourself some grief and go to Right Honda instead. Salesman at Bell was rude and had no customer service skills. Did not want to answer questions about extra charges. Actually got mad and walked away from me when I asked about $4000 market adjustment fee !!!!!!

This was my experience at Bell Honda at 701 W Bell Rd, Phoenix AZ on 02/08/2022. I brought my 2016 Honda Civic in for AC repairs as Honda issued a service bulletin extending the warranty to 10 years because of condenser problems. I have owned multiple Honda vehicles because of their reliability and I appreciate it when the manufacturer stands by their products. After the vehicle was inspected, I was told that it was not the condenser and it was actually the evaporator that was leaking. (The evaporator is not under warranty) ... read more

If I could give zero stars I would Bell Honda is the worst dealership I have ever been to awful agents and customer service don't even bother getting on the phone to speak to someone, more like be transferred 8 Times in a matter of 5 minutes hanged up on Numerously. Sales reps are unknowledgeable managers are never in to help. Bell Honda is a crock of shit dealership save your time and money.

Literally every experience I've had at this location is terrible. Most recently I brought my car in because the check engine light came on. I took it to Autozone first and they were able to tell me in 2 minutes what the engine light code was showing. Followed up with an appointment at this dealership waited an hour and forty minutes before I got up and asked for an update. "....We don't just talk customer service - we live it. Each and every one of our 200 employees knows to treat every customer professionally, honestly, and politely on every interaction." A completely false statement from 90% of the staff we had an interaction with. We had purchased a vehicle on November the 6th-7th which was to be delivered, per the salesman, on November the 20th at the latest. They won't stop calling me over and over again, all times of the day. I've asked them multiple times now to take me off there call list but it never stops even after I bought a car from somewhere else. Don't give them you're business or phone number!!!!!!

I have been disappointed way to many times at this location and I feel so bad writing this review but people need to know. First, I leased my car in April and we settled so that I pay extra for more miles. Archie the person responsible agreed with us for coverage and extra miles. A few weeks later I find out the paperwork was not filed at all and when I went back to sign again they had changed the mileage amount without giving me a lower price. I adamantly asked for a refund. It's incredibly unfortunate that the sales and service side don't communicate at all. I went in today to get my Zantek done. Which was something that is added on when purchasing the car from them. Got there and the service people said due to the rock chips they advised against it because it will fade the paint. Sent me over to finance to speak with them about getting a refund. If you're in the market for a new or used vehicle, I would recommend that you stay AWAY from Bell Honda. On Saturday October 9th my wife and I went in to look at a small used truck the dealership has published on Auto Trader. After negotiating with "Sales Manger - Rodrigo" he gave me a best and final price ($32k) that was $500 more than my maximum budget.
