Verified Renter Everything is constantly broken, entry doors, garage gate, Ike room. It's dirty at apartment complex. I don't like the new landscape (stones instead of the dryied grass)

Do not move here!! It took them 7+ months to put in a functioning garage door and even that didn’t prevent car break ins, there have been break ins weekly (our cars have been broken into twice the last month), I’ve had hundreds of dollars stolen in packages, I have had to be escorted by security letting my dog out because there was a man stalking women outside the complex, someone’s car was stolen and driven out of the complex, a random man tried jumping in a neighbors car leaving the garage, I had a bucket of pee dumped on ... read more

Unsafe Unsafe Unsafe Cars get stolen or broken into all the time because the garage gates have not been operating for *months*. People arrested for trespassing. Do yourself a favor and don’t move here.

Verified Renter There are MUCH better complexes in the area, I don't recommend Lenox B. When I moved in it was nice but has gone down hill. Doors broken, the secure gate to the garage has been busted for months on end so there is NO security for your vehicle, elevators broken yet once again in the back, trash left on the floors walking to apartments to there are stains and stink as you walk... and leasing staff is not very pleasant. Bullet through bedroom wall I've lived here for 4 years now and my experience has been mostly positive until the past 2 weeks. On July 4th, my neighbor or one of their guests shot an airgun bullet through my bedroom wall. The bullet landed on my bed. They are still living in that apartment. Verified Renter This building is not being taken care of appropriately at all, not to mention the lack of general security. I was sold on this building initially because of the security officer and locked campus and given the number of homeless people who have been able to roam in due to broken doors, the broken garage, and a nonexistant security officer, I do not feel safe in my own apartment.
