Verified Renter Amenities are great, however there is an issue with building security and easy access for non-residents / potential thieves. I have already had packages stolen from my apartment door and know of others who have had similar experiences.
Verified Renter Great apartment so far! Leasing staff is very friendly and they made the move-in process very seamless. Maintenance came within a day to fix minor issues.
Verified Renter Improvements have been made around the property, though the grounds remain frequently covered in dog poop, homeless people digging through the dumpsters and walking around the property day and night, and a lot of hallway doors remain broken. The office staff is often rude, doesn't take accountability, and takes a lackadaisical approach to complaints and concerns such as the valet trash not getting picked up, which residents pay $35 a month for.
Verified Renter Really good experience so far. Skylar is the best leasing consultant I have met in my entire life. She is absolutely amazing! Overall the apartment is really nice, simple and relaxing.
Verified Renter Great building and amenities that are kept pretty clean. Staff is kind and helpful. A little tricky buzzing people in if you live on the 1st floor of the east side of the building but there is a workaround. Apartment was clean when I moved in.
