Verified Renter I love it here at Bell Lakeshore. It’s quiet with just the right amount of luxury and community aspects. I feel very safe here, and that’s largely thanks to the gated access. Another major plus is the parking garage. I love being able to park on my own floor. It’s especially useful for groceries and when I was moving in
Verified Renter Love the location, building design, community of friends I’ve made here, and the quality of the interior of my unit. I stay here for the friends I’ve met. You might have safety concerns or maintenance issues around the grounds if you live here.
Verified Renter Have see a wonderful transformation to the property thanks to the new owners! They are really making an effort and fix things quickly and efficiently. They’ve made many improvements.

Verified Renter Definitely a solid complex for the price. Overall it feels very safe and has every amenity you could think of. Staff is very prompt at fixing any issues that arises. Location is also ideal and is walking distance from almost anything you could need (ex: grocery store, bar, ER, restaurants, etc.) Is definitely in a developing area of Austin, though.
Verified Renter Located very close to tow lake hike and bike trail, covered parking, bike storage, energy efficient units right next to downtown, I have had a nice experience here at Lenox and would recommend. Neighbors are friendly, lots of dogs, even a dog washing station (which is very helpful).

Verified Renter I've been at Lenox Boardwalk for a year now, and I absolutely love it. Moved here with a tight deadline, and toured in several Austin "pockets" of town. This one went from not on my radar at all, to the top of my list via word of month and a tour. Great area, super responsive management and maintenance team, and tons to do. If your reading this, stop stammer-stepping and sign. You won't regret it.
