Verified Renter Bell Lakeshore is definitely a great place for anyone and everyone. It has an amazing set of amenities and community facilities, like gym, pool, game room, garage, terrace, etc. the aesthetics of this apartment complex are also beautiful.
Verified Renter Love the high ceilings. Some space could be used better - the bathroom seems too large and the space could have been better utilized elsewhere in the layout of the floorpans. The amenities here are great. The gym is good, but does lack some equipment that would be useful for those who lift or train more seriously.

Verified Renter The space in this apartment is perfect for us, the apartment was clean, they received us with a welcome gift, everything is going great. We need to report the A/C and some little things but I hope they can fix it soon. ?? By the way, people at the office are really nice and sweet.

Verified Renter I love the amenities and convenience of location. Very close to bud stops. Also love the lady bird lake trail and lots of dog parks in the area. Plenty of dining restaurants and shopping.
Verified Renter Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience here. The surrounding area is great and maintenance is really nice. Lots of young professionals live here. There was an issue with cockroaches but management eventually solved it. I would recommend this apartment complex.
