Verified Renter I appreciate the willingness the manager showed when negotiating to resign my lease. I wish the grounds were better kept, as there is dog poop everywhere.
Verified Renter I love the amenities and convenience of location. Very close to bud stops. Also love the lady bird lake trail and lots of dog parks in the area. Plenty of dining restaurants and shopping.
Verified Renter Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience here. The surrounding area is great and maintenance is really nice. Lots of young professionals live here. There was an issue with cockroaches but management eventually solved it. I would recommend this apartment complex.

Another major plus is the parking garage. I love being able to park on my own floor. It’s especially useful for groceries and when I was moving in
