Verified Renter Great rates for future residents right now. I wish the build quality of the building better. The lower rates are more reflective of the cheap materials used to construct the property.

Definitely recommended! I've lived here for 2 years and absolutely love it here! It takes no time to get to Downtown. The staff has always been responsive if I have any questions that need to be addressed. Super dog friendly too. Definitely recommended.

Verified Renter The maintenance staff continues to be awesome. There is still dog poop all around the property and the garage door has been broken for a long time, making safety a concern.

Verified Renter Broken entry doors, stolen packages, dirty hallways, under construction at all time, mold in apartments (make sure you inspect before move in), front office with no solutions or just says “idk” but ready to charge you fees any chance they get.
Verified Renter It's very disconcerting that the dwellers above my floor can play music virtually 24/7 loud enough to disturb not only my daytime rest activities but also my sleep at night AND the apartment administration seemingly does absolutely nothing about this problem even though they've been contacted repeatedly! The security people have been called at night to check on this problem but nothing satisfactory ever comes of it. Verified Renter Bike stolen no response from management . Dirty carpets have not been replaced in 5 years, sink gnats, rust dirt and grime and prob mold in apartment. Dangerous area of town.

Verified Renter I’ve lived here for just over 4.5 years and I’ve stayed only because I love my apartment/unit. The community has declined in terms of up-keep and the property owners and management staff have changed more times than I count. Complete horror and fear.. They attract you with a decent move in rate because they want to lock you in because people move out so quick as soon as they realize how much in danger your life will be in. Please do not ignore reviews. This is a very unsafe community and complex. Gates are always broken for months and breezeway never work either. No secure entrance to the building- all are consistently broken I still love my apartment but really hate that there is no secure entrance to the building with the garage being broken for over a year and doors to enter and exit the building are consistently broken. Because of this, we consistently see people who do not live in the building at the pool and in the hallways.
