Verified Renter I would rate 5 stars but there were some bumps in the leasing process. That said, the staff was always pleasant which says a lot for them. The community is mostly quiet, attractive and our few maintenance requests have been handled promptly. We have only been here a month but are very happy with our choice. i would recommend this community to anyone looking to live in PH

Verified Renter location is perfect. the setting is pretty. nice landscaping. good amenities. wish the recycle center could be open and used appropriately to keep in open. rent price is in line with competition. like the food truck events -- we could have a few more community gathering events per month. maintenance team is top notch and very responsive. staff in office are very helpful. thank you.

Verified Renter From the move in to the staff and amenities , I love every part of this community. I love how involved the staff is to making this experience our best one. Also the gym is something I enjoy because of this being my hobby. This is the best gym in a complex I ever been a part of. I love the sports complex and all the pools. The waterfalls make it so relaxing to drive into this community.
