Verified Renter The maintenance is real awesome, you just put the order and that’s it’s… they fix everything in the same day. Always with a big smile. Real nice team. Also the office have a good respond and make you feel like is our home, we are not rental.

Verified Renter Bell has done a great job at upgrading the community. They’ve added new landscaping, private fences, new pool furniture at all 3 pools, upgraded the fitness center, and plan on doing more. The office staff is super helpful and maintenance is always attentive!

Verified Renter This is one of the best places to live. It’s quiet, the property is always manicured. If something needs fixed the maintenance crew are here the same day unless it’s the weekend. We have dog parks, sand volleyball, tennis, pickleball, basketball and 3 swimming pools. Living here is like living in a small community.

Verified Renter This apartments are beautiful, if anything breaks down for any reason it gets repaired very fast, the people that works here is very friendly they are awesome, they do activities on the holidays, they bring food trucks almost every week, the social spaces are beautiful, they always work on keeping everything clean, organized and it’s just beautiful.
