Verified Renter Very good but not great! We love it here in Landsbrooke! Its beautiful and a safe neighborhood. There are some issues with the teenagers that destroy some areas of the property like the park that is upsetting, and is very high in rent. Overall is a great place to live and we enjoy making memories here!

Verified Renter I love our community! The office team are always friendly and helpful. And the maintenance team are simply the BEST! Late last evening I discovered my AC wasn’t working correctly. I put in an online maintenance request at 1:00 am. Just a few minutes after 8:00 am, Joey (one of our fantastic maintenance techs) was at my door. Verified Renter pretty apartment complex. residents are quiet. have first floor villa with garage. nice neighbors. good amenities. lots of upgrades happening. too much landscaping/updating noise so far. during the day , every day for past 5 months- would be nice if they would finally complete and get out.

Verified Renter I have lived in Lansbrook Village since 2003 And I will not live anywhere else while I am living in Pinellas County. I love how residents greet and care for each other. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and makes me feel like I am living in a resort.

Verified Renter Comfortable here. Been here for several years. It’s well-maintained with landscaping and cleanliness. Maintenance usually response rather quickly. I would like to see office employees answer the phone more than they do, but that would pretty much be my only complaint.
