Verified Renter I truly love living in this beautiful community. Our apartment/townhouse is so spacious and very pretty. The grounds here are so beautiful and they keep it maintained regularly. The maintenance men are FANTASTIC! They work hard and make sure to get to you in a very timely manner. The pools are gorgeous and now like a resort. Located in the heart of Palm Harbor! Verified Renter Since we moved in we have not had very many problems which is definitely nice. Apartment complex problems that we have have has not been very major. The neighborhood is really quiet and they are working hard to change the look and feel of the neighborhood and make it look more modern.
