Verified Renter Really pleasant office staff. Maintenance seems really helpful as well. Can't stand the required Smart Rent . Just makes everything harder to my way of thinking. Can't adjust my thermostat without finding my phone...$25/month instead of just giving me a key. Adding technology isn't always better.
