Verified Renter We love living here - the neighborhood is relatively quiet. Maintenance is super helpful and punctual when needed. The staff is friendly and helpful. They also host a lot of events for residents that is so nice, super dog friendly too!

Verified Renter Absolutely have been loving this community since moving in last year! The grounds are always very well taken care of. Whenever you have any questions or concerns the staff is always very polite and helps to solve the issue. Maintenance team is also very fast with any work orders needed.

Verified Renter Very happy with my stay at Lance Brook Village. Beautiful green area, which is constantly looked after, leaves are removed and garbage is regularly taken out. There are practically no people on the street. You can meet deer, crocodiles and birds walking around. In case of any problems, they react very quickly and fix everything right away. The neighbors are wonderful.
