Verified Renter Clean, friendly professional, homely, very nice place, love it. Feel safe and secure. The amenities are spacious and full of light. They are well maintained. Everyone I have interacted with is friendly and kind. It’s very clean and useful to have Zipcar right here and complimentary guest parking. So friends can visit without worrying about getting a ticket!

Verified Renter I have really loved my time here. Quiet community in a convenient part of town. Building is updated. When there are maintenance issues the staff is very quick to respond and resolves things usually same day, if not within 24 hours. Pool and gym are very convenient. Conciergerie and office staff are always friendly.

The location of the building is amazing, as one of the subway stations is a five minute walk from the building and the bus station is literally in front of it.
