Unsafe and overpriced My car was broken into while locked in the “secure” parking garage. The other residents let their dogs pee everywhere- in the elevator, in the hallways, etc. management is completely rude and don’t care at al. It took 2 months of constant complaining for management to send a repair man to fix the alarm in my room. The alarm would go off in the middle of the night- all it needed was a new battery. So I slept on my couch for 2 months until they finally listened to me.

Worst apartments in dunwoody Air conditioning is not working since 6 days and we are complaining in the office in person every day. They say they would send someone to fix it. But no one turns up. Temperature in my house now is 87.

Aviod unless you want a window unit, and bugs Do not move here! Bugs! No AC and their fix is a window unit see pic below. We had to set our own trap for all the gnats caused by the trash chute being clogged for weeks! See below picture below, that is from just 8 hours and 50 to 100 of them killed, and probably another 200 flying around our apartment. I wish that was it, elevators were down for over a month. Do Not Move In You Will Regret It With The New Management Team This place is worst than living in a cheap college apartment. Elevators always broken, fire alarm always going off, trash rooms always filled with trash and clogged. Richard in the office is rude and does not care. On top of everything, they are doing parking permits making it a pain for visitors with limited visitors spots only at the leasing office. Major Fire Alarm Issue! Many Maintenance Concerns! I say I am disappointed in the proactive measures (or lack there of) taken by new and previous management is an understatement. I face constant FALSE fire alarms going off all hours of the night and day. The gates and elevators are constantly broken while they focus on unimportant amenity upgrades, that are not used. I do not recommend moving here.
Look elsewhere I am writing to honestly help someone who is considering to call Bell Perimeter home. Don't. The fire alarms go off at least 2-3 times a month at no earlier than 1am and could last an hour. The excuse given as to why the alarm is triggered is never the same and ranges from smoking in the halls to cooking to testing, etc. I have heard other tenants complain of instances of car vandalism, though I haven't personally experienced this. All downhill since Bell took over... I have lived here for almost 2 years. when I first moved in it was run by Simpson Management. It was fantastic! The office staff was always friendly and knowledgeable, they were willing to help with anything you needed, and could answer any questions. Since Bell Properties has taken over (July 2016), it has been one issue after another. There have been multiple times that I have been sent a threatening "Final Notice" with no prior communication. For the money, there are better options I loved this place when it was the Alexander. Ever since the new management took over, everything has gone down hill. Elevators and hallways used to be cleaned daily, now everything stinks and is gross, the new trash company spills stuff everywhere on a daily basis and leaves it to stink up the hallway, trash in the parking decks because they took away the garbage cans because they didn't want to empty them, lawn care is a joke, broken call buttons for weeks for elevators and gates for... read more
